I have an idea how i want this to taste so fingers crossed I end up somewhere near. Bit nervous about not backing the passionfruit with another.

Day 2
I know its early but this is 100% fejoa. Very very surprising.
Not what I was aiming for, but a very pleasant mistake if it stays this way.

Week 1
Pretty drastic change with the lemonade now coming through and dominating what is definiately now a tropical mix thats pineapple and passionfruit forward. There is a lot of depth and is quite heavy, I suspect the soda and lemonade contributing.
Be keen to try this with a lighter lemonade. The pasionfruit seems to be pulling through ok.
Not really getting much bubble, again blame the lemonade.
Chalk this up as another win despite not quite where I want it.
The kool thing is I learned a lesson but still enjoy the result.
