Tastes noticably more creamy than the v2 I made. I'm almost getting a sort of ice cream taste.

So I waited, and waited, and waited for the creams and custard to pop. I know This has like a ton of cream flavor, but it actually ended up tasting better than my V2, which I think was more bland. I can definitely taste the brown sugar note despite it being really low. The thing is, it smells really good. It actually kind of smells like butterscotch despite having no better scotch. Well it doesn't taste terrible, It's really not that great. The outcome of the "custard" part just cannot compare to my custar-bomb recipe.

I think it would be better off removing the brown sugar in the caramel butter, and using an actual butterscotch flavor. I also wanted to try something unconventional using the gelato to get more of creamy mix. I can sort of taste an ice cream flavor but it's just not very prominent. I don't detect the cap custard at all, which is weird because I usually taste it strongly even at low percentage. I don't believe that vanilla gelato paired very well in here, I think I need to reduce the percentages or remove them for other more custardy flavors.

Overall, it seems like this flavor didn't change much at all beyond a week steep.
