Rhubarb contrasts again the richness of the budino, you get a nice rhubarb taste at the end. Have taken out 0.25% (inw) "rhubarb and added the (ssa) "rhubarb" (3 drops) as it's a more realistic rhubarb.
Instead of adding a caramel to compliment the butterscotch I've used fudge which is creamy and buttery, (like butterscotch).
The "yellow cake" adds richness and texture to the budino, (you don't actually taste cake).
Added 0.4% super sweet, (cap).
