Mix date: 05/01/2025

Off the shake, it was not too much flavor. I expect it to start to come out and bloom within the next 3 days. Since it's summer now, I'm going to get the opportunity to have my juice in a warmer environment which should technically speed up the steep process a little. This mix smells really good right now. Definitely dominant in custard cake.

Tasted this morning, I can definitely taste the custard cake flavor coming through, the mix isn't very strong yet but the flavors that I can taste are nothing like the mix I tried with custard cake at 4%. I think it's just a very strong flavor.
