If you don't have the Cornish Cream Tea You can add the following: Red Touch (strawberry) FA 2%
Cream Fresh (FA) 1%
Cookie (FA) 1.5%

I'm noticing after a month the strawberry starts to fade some. To combat this... I added 3% Strawberry Ripe into this mix.

This is such a delightful, rich and creamy vape. Angel food cake meets glazed strawberry and cream.

You're welcome Obus... it really is heaven in a bottle... thanks to FA not me LOL
#3 by TOC MichelleHughes, Feb 26. 2016, 18:22
If you'd like to try this recipe and don't have the Cornish Cream Tea .. it's a FA blend of Strawberry, Cookie, and Fresh Cream.
#4 by Amy***, Feb 27. 2016, 19:13
Michelle where did u get the cornish and nonna's FA from ?
#5 by Reprobate, Feb 29. 2016, 12:04
Michelle how long did you steep for ?,
#6 by Anniemal, Mar 1. 2016, 21:44
Mmm this is yummy. Many thanks
#7 by Amy***, Mar 1. 2016, 22:00
Michelle I'm stalking you hee hee did u get these from UK FA ?
#8 by TOC MichelleHughes, Mar 1. 2016, 23:06
Sorry just saw these! Cornish and Nonna's were from UK FA http://www.flavourart.co.uk/ I know Nonna's Cake will be available for sale in the US in a few weeks. I only steeped two days the first time... but this one really tastes even better after a week.
#9 by TOC MichelleHughes, Mar 1. 2016, 23:09
e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/487639/FA+UK+Cornish+Cream+Tea+Concentrate link for the Cornish tea concentrate
#10 by Toby Harris, Mar 11. 2016, 09:29
Really having trouble waiting for this one to steep...smells so good.
#11 by TOC MichelleHughes, Mar 12. 2016, 00:31
I made a 60 ml of this yesterday to have more LOL
#12 by TOC MichelleHughes, Mar 20. 2016, 00:28
Reprobate I used a vortex mixer and only let it sit 24 hours. As stated in the notes above the strawberry does begin to fade after a month so adding a little strawberry ripe helps prevent that from happening.
#13 by zigz, Mar 24. 2016, 01:05
My Nonna's gets here Friday, so excited to make this one. So if I don't have Cornish cream tea, I'm replacing 3% flavoring with 5.5% flavoring. I would have thought it would be 1% of each of the 3 ingredients? Just making sure there isn't a typo. Thanks!
#14 by Amy***, Mar 24. 2016, 01:24
I bet the marshmallow is the culprit muting the SB I want to make this but still don't have the CCT yet. Seen there in your notes but afraid I'd still have to adjust the % Bc it'd be getting into the mid teens with pg and my cut off is 15. I think I could take down the mm to 1% to gain some more pg ground. Hate tearing ppl's hard work apart. I'll let ya know Michelle how it turns out. Even thou I won't exactly be vaping the same recipe.
#15 by zigz, Mar 24. 2016, 01:26
It'll still be 12% total if you replace the CCT with 1% each SB, Cream Fresh, and Cookie. That's how I'm planning to mix it if I'm not making a mistake.
#16 by Amy***, Mar 24. 2016, 01:32
I took what she meant was that the CCT also has SB in it as well as she added 3% in the recipe meaning if I do the mixture of the 3 to make the CCT then I'd have to add an additional 3% of SB then the cream and the cookie making it a 5.5% addition versus her original having the 3% of CCT....does that make sense it does to me. Puts it around 17% bc she also said the ripe was at 3% that would make it 20 ish pg
#17 by Amy***, Mar 24. 2016, 01:40
17.5% Zigz is what I'm getting altogether don't know where I was getting the 20 % part forgive me I only slept 4 hours after my night shift last night. I will cut the mm down to 1% and the red touch will have to be reduced too and the ripe just a tad to get it around 14.5% for me to enjoy it as an ADV like I want to been wanting to try this one for a while.
#18 by Exluvah, Mar 24. 2016, 18:07
I do not have FA Cookie or FA Red Touch. Okay to substitute Biscuit [INW]? Or Sugar Cookie [CAP]?
Also,
Okay to substitute Sweet Strawberry [CAP] and/or Strawberry Ripe [TPA] and/or Strawberry [TPA]?
I know. I know. I hate asking these substitute questions as I don't expect that it would be the same.
Just wondering if I should order the exact flavors to "make" this or just order Cornish Cream Tea from UK or wait until it might be available for purchase here in the States soon - or try with what I have.
I bought the Nonna Cake specifically for this but forgot to order the others in my +$100 flavors order.
#19 by TOC MichelleHughes, Mar 24. 2016, 18:59
I would think Biscuit (INW) would give a good base here! Sweet Strawberry Cap with Strawberry Ripe would be close! So yes I think it would be fine. Here's how I would sub:

TOC'S Strawberry Shortcake : e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/479588#comment

2% Marshmallow (FA)
2% Nonna's Cake (FA)
4% Sweet Strawberry (CAP)
3% Strawberry Ripe
2% Vienna Cream (FA)
1.5% Biscuit (INW)
1% Fresh Cream (FA) If you have it

Not saying it's going to taste like the original but I believe it will be similar.
#20 by Toby Harris, Mar 24. 2016, 19:07
i added 3% Inawera shisha strawberry,1% shisha vanilla and 2% chefs vapour devon cream.
Left out the red touch.
After 3 weeks this is one of the creamiest, unique vapes I've tried.
Nonna's cake really does need a 3 week MINIMUM steep
#21 by TOC MichelleHughes, Mar 24. 2016, 19:11
I have to say I agree that it tastes even more delightful after a long steep :)
#22 by Exluvah, Mar 25. 2016, 09:09
Much obliged, Michelle. I can't wait to try it! At least until I can get the other flavors in. I have all of the flavors except for FA Cornish Cream Tea, FA Cookie and FA Red Touch. [ Also, I now see some new flavors to try.....Devon Çream, Shisha SB, Shisha Vanilla. Mmmmnn.... ]
#23 by Amy***, Mar 28. 2016, 01:40

Thank you so much Amy!!!!
#27 by wetmini, Mar 31. 2016, 02:41
Just to clarify, if I don't have the cct, I am adding 3% more Red touch. Bringing that total to 6%. Plus the cream and cookie. Then to keep the strawberry flavour over time, 3% Strawberry Ripe?
#28 by TOC MichelleHughes, Mar 31. 2016, 03:05
yes Wet, that's right :)
#29 by wetmini, Mar 31. 2016, 03:24
Thanks for the quick reply. Was hoping to make this right now.
#30 by TOC MichelleHughes, Mar 31. 2016, 18:34

Took me a while to get back on here but I did want to say that I absolutely LOVE this recipe! I used the alternative recipe posted, above, and I have to say it tastes great right out of the box [bottles?], doesn't clog up coils and has become a much enjoyed ADV. It is also the first recipe I have tried on here that I actually like, so THANK YOU, authormichellehughes! YUM!!!
#32 by TOC MichelleHughes, May 8. 2016, 17:05

Hello. This is the most balanced flavors blend that I so far have vaped. The strawberry is wonderfully fruity and is present, the cake with a light sweetness and a hint of vanilla and the whole Mixture is wonderfully creamy and aromatic. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
#36 by TOC MichelleHughes, Nov 7. 2016, 12:41
So glad you enjoyed it Pilarmark and sorry it took so long to get back to you

#39 by Iggy, Jul 19. 2017, 14:55
@The_Ckemist I believe it stands for "Tears Of Crimson", one of her book series if I'm not mistaking. Might check it out and see if there's any recipes in there as well :-)
#40 by TOC MichelleHughes, Sep 11. 2017, 07:48
LOL Iggy no recipes in the book but yep Tears of Crimson is the book the first one ... sorry it took me so long to get back... again!
#41 by James Holden , Nov 7. 2018, 23:37
I made this for the Mrs as I don’t normally like strawberry flavoured ejuice but I must say I’m pleasantly surprised and like it a lot,so much so that I’ve made a larger batch for us both to share. Thank you very much for sharing this with us @authormichellehughes,much appreciated.
#42 by TOC MichelleHughes, Nov 17. 2018, 04:43
So glad you enjoyed it! If I don't get back to you guys fast enough drop me a line through my website tearsofcrimson.com I don't see these all the time until months later.
#43 by Englishguy, Dec 4. 2019, 21:05
Hey this is the bomb and also mixed it with nonna's red cake not so good your original one is better thank you
#44 by TOC MichelleHughes, Jan 5. 2020, 21:22
So glad you liked it English!!! I don't have the nonna's red but I think it had strawberry and candy/jammy wizard in it (at least that's what the FA us guy said) so it may have been too much strawberry?
#45 by Englishguy, Jan 6. 2020, 07:19
Morning a lot of strawberry when using nonna's red cake but if you like strawberry a lot then its all good 🙂
#46 by TOC MichelleHughes, Jan 9. 2020, 04:32
