W.I.P - Although this recipe is really nice & could probably still pass as a "complete" recipe, i am listing it as a W.I.P due to the limited testing/short steep testings & limited development. But anyway -
Recipe i had to kind of half develop while i waited for ingredients, namely the nomz toffee (butter) & kinda just hoped it would fit in, so i know the recipe is good without the toffee.
Due to time constraints this is not a 'fully' tested/complete recipe, as in i havent had the time to test it over a longer steep & with different types of atty, but from what i have tested so far, it is really nice. Its just a nice rich creamy but dark ry4 if that makes sense? not really much i can describe it is exactly what it looks like,lol, i will say though the biscotti is a little strong at first but that subsides after a few days, if you dont like flv biscotti it can be left out without causing any issues, it just takes a bit of that darkness away without it, im not gonna show myself up even more trying to describe flavours beyond that,lol. It vapes nice is the most important thing i suppose, which it definitely does if you your like ry4's.

*Steep - i recommend giving 10-14 days for best results, i have only tested this specific version off the shake to around 7 days. It takes a few days to settle & really starts to come together after about 5 days. It continues to get better over the following days but where it hits peak im unsure for this version atm? I'd say around 2weeks based on previous versions.

*Possible subs - whipped cream you could easily get away with OoO WC, but also any brands should be fine & not change the profile as long as % is ok. Shortbread cookie you could use FA cookie at 1.5% or cnv cookie at the same & it aslo shouldnt alter the profile drastically. If you dont have nomz ry4 just increase tfa ry4D to 5-6%.
I dont know what you could sub nomz toffee butter with tbh? Maybe 1% fa butterscotch? &/or whatever toffee you have on hand? Im not sure. & im also not sure any of the other ingredients could be subbed without changing what makes it good?

I do actually prefer this second recipe but chose to make the above one public because the ingredients in this 2nd one may be harder to get for some people? They are still very similar though.
