Mixed Live on a special Thursday Night "Wickin' It & Kickin' It" (usually Mondays 7pm EST)

I wanted a change from the usual Apple Filling, Country Apple, Caramel and Crumble Topping Apple dessert recipes. We know those work together and work well, but when Toffee something came up on the wheel for the monthly mix along, I decided that was a perfect first "something different". Then basically built it out with a few flavors that I haven't used as often in mixes. I approached this initially like a Toffee Apple Pie Ala Mode. Which it basically pulls off, except it's just heavier on the ice cream. So it's more like you mashed up a slice of Apple Pie into a bowl of Ice cream and covered it with Toffee.

I am a bit curious how the addition of another Ice Cream would do here, but I am REALLY enjoying this. I only made it to day 3 with my initial 15ml so will have to mix a 30mL and see how more time treats it
