Chewy buttery sticky caramel wrapped in smooth chocolate.

Fa Caramel (to me) reminds me of a werthers caramel candy, syrupy, sticky, sweet. I’ve darkened that up with WF new caramel (dark), which is a dark brown sugar caramel. Very creamy. The addition of milk and caramel cream is giving this a buttery smooth mouthfeel, like VT butter base with a caramel accent.

The main chocolate, Nomz, isn’t quite a dark chocolate but adding dessert chocolate low, adds some extra “dark” chocolate with a nice body filling in where Nomz lacks. You can sub both of the chocolates for .50% MF dark chocolate, I want to give people options.

Marshmallow is there for the “chewy, gooey” while also adding a light vanilla to the mix.
