When Life Hands You Lemons🍋.....

.....make lemon meringue pie. Nice treat for summer.
I didn't try to reinvent the wheel here. I just wanted to enjoy a traditional delicious lemon meringue pie.
Nomz LMP is the best one I've tried yet. It has all the elements of clean refreshing lemon, a soft shortbread crust and meringue. All I did was bring up the lemon a bit with Lemon Sicily, add a little Biscuit (Graham Cracker) plus Marshmallow & Meringue to fluff it up.
I love GC crusts on some pies, but if you don't just leave it out altogether or maybe add a little shortbread cookie instead. I've tried this recipe all 3 ways and it still tastes wonderful.
