After 6 days this is tasty, but not completely what I expected. I definitely get the Caramel with some light coffee notes. Coffee Liqueur seems to lift the Caramel notes more so than strengthening the coffee. Theres some creaminess but not quite full on ice cream. The cookie dough texture blends into the mix rather than being a seperate component, however the Taste of the exhale is 100% cookie dough with lingering notes from the Caramel. This very well could use some more steep time. I'm probably going to try adding some Vanilla Gelato, as suggested by Lady Liberty when I mixed this on WIKI. I would like some additional ice cream to stand out. Both flavor wise and body. Going to let it steep another week before any possible changes

Apathy, Absolutely brother!! I just mixed it during my live stream tonight, so I'm gonna let it sit a few days. Then I'll be giving it a taste and try my best to add notes asap.

Ok, so after a super extended steep there wasn't much significant change from about a week in. There's some light Caramel Coffee notes, but at these percentages Caramel Coffee and Coffee Liqueur seem to blend into the creams adding some mildly richer dark notes. Coffee Liqueur blends into Caramel so seamlessly enhancing Caramel rather than enhancing the Coffee. So you do actually get a Caramel flavored ice cream but the coffee notes are barely present. It's somewhat a muddled mix but damn tasty. There is however SOME seperation of the Cookie dough. It lingers after the exhale. Considering cookie doughs have some of their own Caramel type of characteristics it makes sense that Caramel is the dominant focus throughout the profile with a fairly "sticky" mouthfeel overall
