@robrrt I’d have never thought of it, but @Nevans has a recipe that uses it at 14-15%, and it’s quite good, buttery, full, just a fantastic mouthfeel. I’ve tested it at 1.2,3,5 and 10%. It maxes out around 5. This is a nice simple beginner friendly recipe, and obviously you can do your own raspberry and cream, but I had the WF and it works nice with the premium ras..AND doesn’t need a long steep :) Thank you for the comment!
@R0ffLez you can use ethyl vanillin, BCF should have it, or add a small amount of Madagascar vanilla to it. You can mix it without. It’s just adding an overall light vanilla note.
