Here is my submission for the ELR September Mix-a-Long. It's a fluffy huckleberry cheesecake on a graham cracker crust.
To achieve the Huckleberry, I used VSO Huckleberry Raw, as well as a bit of Blueberry Raw and Blackberry Raw. 0.4/0.3/0.3%
For the cheesecake, I chose INW - Yes, We Cheesecake. It's my favorite cheesecake to date, and for good reason. To boost it a bit, I added Cap - New York Cheese Cake, but in this mix the NYCC is more being used as an emulsifier than for its flavor.
Finally, the crust is simply TPA - Graham Cracker Clear. I tried a couple of others for the crust, but IMO the GCC tasted the best. I wanted this to have a graham cracker crust, but if you don't have any, you can EASILY substitute any cookie or crust of your choosing.
If you end up mixing and trying this, I'd greatly appreciate it if you left a comment and a star rating. This way, I can work to further improve the quality of my work.
