I get a blueberry crumble glazed over a cake donut. It's still early but this is tasty at this time so I'll post it and see where it goes once it steeps further !

*** Now that I learned today that FW decided to put corn syrup in some of their flavorings I will be making changes to many of the recipes that contain those flavors.***

3/8/16 CHANGES TO ORIGINAL *******************************
FW Yellow cake is one of the flavors here I have it at 1.20% in the original recipe I will be removing it and trying something else. *********

Pandoro FA - was so gross and made me sick on my stomach.

Going to try using FA's new attempt at Pandoro which is Metaphor I think this may be close to yellow cake FW other wise I could try FW's vanilla cupcake at around 3%

I did shake and vape this the first day and it's darn good but a few more days later and it's getting better more refined.

You could always try but FW's BB probably isn't " candy " enough but I did consider it when I was making this. I wanted the BB extra to be a bit sweeter.

Hi Amy, I've been trying to create a donut juice without much success... I have both CAP glazed donut and TPA frosted donut, but I've never used them together in the same recipe. Do you get a more a more genuine flavor by doing this? Thanks
#4 by Amy***, Mar 23. 2016, 01:41
Nuvolone I get more of a cake style donut when I use the two together and it helps cut down on some of the glazed donut which can end up tasting oily in a few weeks of used too high. Try a few of mine adapt them to your stash I have several donut recipes that could easily be tweaked. Your welcome, let me know if you have any further questions maybe I can help.

I have and like fw yellow cake :) what did you sub in for the fw yc? I would like to try the orig recipe if possible. It sounds delicious. Growing up on the east coast one of my favorite breakfast foods was a glazed blueberry cake donut lol. This sounds darn close to it!

Metaphor but wasn't as close. Nonna's cake would be closer @1%. I had YC @ 1.2% in the original.

Ok I have nonna as well. Maybe I'll do .5 yc and 1 nonna. Thanks for the input :) I'll let you know what I do and how it turns out. Any suggestion on steep time?
#8 by Amy***, Sep 12. 2016, 17:25
I like Nonna to steep at least 2-3 weeks it reminds me of YC and it doesn't have any badies in it like YC FW does it contains corn syrup not good IMO to vape fructose but to each their own. Yea let me know how it goes !

I didn't blink an eye at the thousands of chemicals in my cigarette when I took a puff. So a little yellow cake doesn't scare me 😂😂
