I haven‘t used TPA cheesecake in a while and i tried to build it into a tropical cheesecake-style recipe.
I used sweet cream to smooth it out a bit and then added mango and coconut for the fruit part and some key lime for the extra tartness, some sweetener to finish it and it came out quite old school style but good.
