For AAFL Fall inspired mixes. There's an obvious joke here, but I'll leave it to your imagination. Trying to get away from the usual beginning of fall Apple bakery recipe. Really wanted to do something with the new WF Pumpkin spice now that there's actually one that I can enjoy. And I haven't dipped into the new Banana Cream yet so I decided let's work em into some kind of seasonal spiced Banana Bakery instead
Off the shake this starts off pretty thin with a more present pumpkin spice. I actually originally had the spice at 2% but it was seriously dominant and washed out all the Banana. So I tried cutting it in half, then ended up adding just a couple more drops landing at approximately 1.15%. As the days progress the Banana Cream thickens up and the bakery layer grows. Give this one a full 10 days minimum to mature.
A delicious profile! Starting off with a heavy serving of Icing that greatly benefits from the addition of Banana Cream. Like a Banana flavored Cream cheese Icing followed by a spiced bakery note and texture on the exhale. Leaving all the goodness of a Banana dessert and cozy autumn vibes lingering on the palate
