The usual flavors for an apple fritter. Only used 1 drop of rich cinnamon in my 30 ml tester. The cake, glazed donut and the doughnut crispy seem to be a pretty good combo for a donut. Hoping the added frosting will help with the glaze. Apple filling and country apple for a good cooked apple with Fuji to punch it up just a little. I would think 2 weeks would be a good steep time.
