Basic Lemon tart put together to test/showcase new Nomz SC Lemon, in what i would say, is the most popular type of lemon dessert/bakery recipe.0

This is a VERY nice lemon tart, very moreish, better than dinner ladys lemon tart imo. The Nomz SC Lemon works extremely well in bakery/dessert type recipes, it seems to be a very versatile flavour from what i have tested so far & this is a great example of what it can do. Its actually a more candied/sherbet type lemon but it just works so well here which i was not expecting at all. Very happy with it, i think this is my new favourite lemon.
I still dont think 3.5% is the limit with this lemon but its perfectly adequate at this % in this recipe

*Steep* - Its really good to go after a day but id say give it 2/3 days for good measure..

@Dj35 Its really good, i was not expecting it to work so well in a LMP but it really is fantastic👌, im a big lemon lover, i have quite a few of them & this one has been the most enjoyable so far.

Left it for 5 days and it's the best "lemon tart" I've tried. Your right it is better than "dinner lady" wasn't expecting to be able to taste meringue very much but it's perfect amount. That butter's spot on and the (nomz) "lemon" is really good in it. Thanks for recipe will be making a big bottle.

I'm pretty sure they used (fa) "apple pie" in the "dinner lady" but it works really well with the (nomz) LMP crust.

Thanks for the feedback, means a lot👍. Yeah im pretty sure the apple pie is in DLs too, one of my favourite flavours whenever i need crust. Glad you enjoyed it enough to mix a bigger bottle.
