Fun fact- this blend of spices is actually a good pumpkin spice mix. It’s not heavy on any one spice. There’s just enough of each, and it’s not overpowering.

My cheesecake started with Ssa cheesecake on graham. The graham has darker notes of molasses, and brown sugar, and the filling is creamy, but not cheesy and it sits second to the crust which is where cheesecake Olympus comes in. A beautiful rich thick pallet coating cream. Not cheesecake, but it fills in the Ssa followed up with a touch of Italian cream , which brings the twang that most cheesecakes lack and finally cream cheese icing is adding a sweetened cream cheese “icing” .
My pumpkin spice, which I’ve built myself, instead of using an actual pumpkin spice flavor, has all the spices that a PS has, plus an anise in the background along with a little brown sugar. JF cookie butter is clove heavy, with sweet cinnamon and nutmeg. WF gingerbread is filling in the cookie butter to complete the PS with a nice gingerbread flavor without actual bread. Bakery spice adds a hint of anise and sweet brown sugar. Using this low is a killer accent to pumpkin spice.
Custard premium is lifting the mix, filling it out, adding a richness along with buttery vanilla that the ssa crust lacks.

It took me a couple of tries to get the spices right. I think the addition of bakery spice is separating the other spices so you can almost pick them out as you’re vaping it, slightly clove forward, the gingerbread second and the cinnamon and brown sugar come together in the end.
STEEP this. This isn’t a shake and vape. The spices need time to settle in to each other and the cheesecake components need time to grow.
