Inspired by the famous McCowan's Highland Toffee bar (Google it!) from Scotland, with a subtle eggnog twist.

To my tastes, this turned out well balanced – sweet without being cloying, good creamy mouthfeel and the Nomz Whiskey Cream provides a nice 'boozy' whisper on the exhale.

Perfect for a festive chuff!
