This is a neutral yellow cake base designed to focus on crumb, fat, and baked structure rather than sweetness or toppings.
The profile is intentionally kept clean and versatile, making it suitable as a foundation for a wide range of future pairings.
Additives are used strictly for baked realism and structure, not for frosting, cream, or dessert effects.
Designed as a standalone cake base, not a finished dessert.
After the steeping period, I tested this base with 1.5% Raspberry (INW) and enjoyed the result very much.
I may further experiment by adding a small amount of CAP Super Sweet (0.5%) or Marshmallow (0.5%) to explore additional balance and mouthfeel.

Steep Time:
Minimum: 7 days
Recommended / Sweet Spot: 10–14 days
Why:
Yellow cake flavors, biscuit, and cookie need time to fully develop.
Butter and acetyl pyrazine lose their initial sharpness.
From around day 10, the cake becomes more moist, cohesive, and realistic.
I recommend waiting at least 10 days. Occasionally smell and taste the mix to help decide on a suitable fruit pairing, for example raspberry — but not from TPA.
