My second attempt at a proper "brown" recipe. For my next attempt in this "domain" of flavour, I will definitely invest in the "Brown boost" additive.

The recipe has been created on an extremely small "tester" batch, as i do when I'm trying something new (especially with "brown" or creamy flavours- a lot tends to go a long way anyway, but for your information I wasn't intending to use this recipe in a standard SNV set-up.
