Oatmeal TPA is still not a flavor sold by TPA and i cannot fix this one for you. Please make the proper adjustment and republish your recipe.

Oatmeal flavoring from TPA/TFA is now available in my country.

Here is the list of flavorings made by TPA from their own website:

The only oatmeal flavoring they produce is Oatmeal Cookie.

Can you please send me a link to where you purchased it? Also, the Elvora flavorings too? It would be much appreciated as i have to sort through the rebranded flavors and merge them.
