This is my updated version of muffin aux bleuets. I really enjoyed my first recipe, but it needed a few changes. I found it was abit too "cream forward." There was a very jammy blueberry note, but the cake aspect of it was quite dull.

Mix at 70/30.
Steep: 10-14 days

The changes I've made:
The first step I made when fixing the cake to cream ratio was to remove FLV Cream and Frosting and replacing it with FLV Vanilla Custard. Making this replacement would push those cake notes a little further making it tase and feel more authentic. Dropping the Cream Cheese Icing ever so slightly allows those cake notes to come through more, while still being present in the mix.

The second step was replacing TFA dx Vanilla Cupcake. I instead used Cap - Vanilla Cupcake, to me this is a more authentic tasting cupcake. It's butter, fluffy and quite easy to build around. I also added in FW - Cake (Yellow) at 0.75%, at this percentage it's just to add texture more than flavour, it also helps boost the cupcake note already in this.

Some may not like to use Cap - Vanilla Cupcake or FW - Cake (Yellow) because of the diketones in them. If you want a truly diketone free recipe, instead use Cap - Vanilla Cupcake v2 (I wouldn't use TFA - dx Vanilla Cupcake, it won't give you the same results, it will end up flattening the recipe.) and Cap - Yellow Cake (if you have it).

The final change I made was to the blueberry itself. I did enjoy the blueberry top note in the first mix, it was jammy and sweet just how I like it. Adding in TFA - Blueberry (Wild) along with adjusting the other blueberry flavours of course keeps that jammy taste, but also adds a touch of fresh blueberries into the recipe.
