Yes, yes, Cherries, the BANE of our existence, hehe, or at least in the DIY World that is. YES, there are STILL Cherry flavors out there that are:

Medicinal
Soapy
Plastic Shower Curtainy

BUT, there are a lot of new(er) flavors that get it done. Many times I'll end up accenting Cherry flavors with Pear, Fuji Apple, or even a Marzipan depending on what I need, but for a Base (or Stone), I left this one simply simple, and perfect.

INW Cherries, NOT to be confused by the NOT soo good INW Cherry is a very good flavor, albeit a little thin and missing some body, but paired with SSA's Ripe Cherry it really fills in. Leaning heavily towards a Maraschino, this one is simply just Cherries

As stated above, it's about 101% impossible to create a Cherry for EVERY need, and I typically use FA Pear, FA Fuji, and sometimes FA Marzipan depending on what is needed. Candied, or Candies takes on another list of pairings but you get the idea.
