Many of my fruity mixes end up in cocktails. This SB, for instance, sits well in a bubbly daiquiri or gin martini. Don't need bubbly? Remove SB (Sparkling) since it's more champagne than SB. Alpine SB to many people has juniper or pine like elements to it and also not seen as a good addition to creams and other desserts. Due to its unique properties, Alpine usually needs a 5-7 day steep to balance itself out.
SB (Splash) has been described as juicy, vibrant and refreshing with hidden notes of lemon. Perfect for a summertime drink. See Session Drummer's notes, his description fits it well. With these unique profiles I experience both as perfect for cocktails and other refreshing beverages. Check out Fiddy's Pink Lemonade.
