A saturated candy "blue raspberry".
The "ultimate" and "jelly bean" combination creates the major candy flavour (you can taste the jellybean shell) with the other flavours adding additional body and saturation.
Needs a good level of sweetness so..
I added 1% (cap) "super sweet"
