Finally!!!!! I've been on a journey of crafting a good root beer. I have tried countless root beer flavorings, countless combinations of different ones, with different accent notes, & could never find one that I adored... UNTIL NOW! This BCF Root beer is a perfect starting spot for this. I usually LOVE a nice punchy, wintergreen forward RB, & this one is definitely that, but to me, it's slightly off on the back notes of vanilla, & caramel. S/O Mixmaster Mike in the rootbeer bcf flavor notes, recommending using butterscotch ripple It fills in those gaps in the middle/end of the rootbeer so perfectly. Add on top a touch of RF Soda Base, & coolant/sweetener (if desired) bah da bing! Perfect rootbeer off ready right off the shake! Hoping as it steeps, the br won't become too overpowering, but I doubt this bottle is gonna make it that long anyway ;)
Enjoy!
BCF root beer will definitely be in the first order though. This is such a great mix. It's more of a punchy Rootbeer for the first 2 -3 days, & then the vanilla & butterscotch come through more, & it becomes a creamy ass Rootbeer. Definitely banged.
Sorry to hear that. I only have 205 flavors currently. Yeah good choice. Most of the new BCF brand flavors are good.
I subbed Butterscotch (FW) for Butterscotch Ripple (FW) on my last batch of root beer and it was a bad idea. Butterscotch (FW) is too buttery for root beer but Butterscotch Ripple (FW) is more like the caramel drizzle they use at Starbucks and works great for root beer.
