The Neotame does the heavy lifting of the sweetness, while the Sucralose of Capella Super Sweet gives the instant sweetness on the inhale. Neotame is much more potent than Sucralose, and much more stable at high temperatures, so it does not gunk your coils!

I chose a tobacco flavour, because i think tobacco is very underrepresented when it comes to sweet e-juices. If you really want "overwhelming" sweetness, raise the amount of the Neotame solution to 1.50%.
8.00% Maxx Blend seems a lot, but it's actually necessary when it comes to Pods and low wattage setups. Also, the flavour needs to compete with the sweetness.

Let steep for 3 - 7 days!

Note: If you mix the Neotame solution with the Super Sweet, into one "Master Sweetener" i cannot guarantee it to be stable. Because of the water content of the Capella Super Sweet, the Neotame could start to crystallize out. So you better keep them separated until the final mix.
