Day 3 steep and things are starting to settle down. The apricot is on point, soft, subtle but prominent. The chocolate needs more time I think to grow but this is moorish enough with it being premature. Creaminess is about half way there and I would imagine by the one week mark should be well developed.
I am going to have to mix a bigger bottle to stretch out to the magic 3 week mark which I have determined to be the benchmark for development.
