The coffee is somewhat swamped here I suspect perhaps by the ice cream. It is still pleasant enough but the concept needs some work between the coffee used and the ice cream. Maybe coffee liqueur would work better here with the french or this coffee with a plain ice cream.
I might have to put this one aside for a few weeks and reassess after a full length steep.
That being said the focus here was creamy chocolate and that has been 100% achieved.
