This requires a bit of steep time but by day 5 its starting to settle down into a creamy smooth soft coconut banana. There is a hint of alcohol, just enough to push it into a liqueur, with a soft gooey chocolate aftertaste.
Pretty happy how this is turning out after early reservations.
