Steep: 10 days

My favorite cheesecake is plain cheesecake because I want to taste nothing but the cheese (and of course a bit of crust to bring out that cheese.)

Bavarian Cream (LA): Thx to the high recommendation from Ken O Where, I discovered the biggest, fattest BC out there. It can smother your other flavors if not careful. The mouthfeel is thick and coats your mouth.

Cheesecake on Graham (SSA): Can stand on its own though I wanted to make it creamier and heavier.

Greek Yogurt (FLV): Working together with the Italian Cream, providing that cheesecake twang that I must have.

Italian Cream: Helps with that all important sour note that yogurts, cream cheese, cottage cheese and cheesecakes need. Described as mascarpone cheese. Too high and you'll have stinky socks.

Lemon Wafer, Cream Type (SSA): A bit of lemon to brighten and balance out the richness of cheese and creams. I chose LWCT due to my sensitivity to other lemon flavors and its wafer qualities to add something different to the crust.
