While on my custard jaunt I came across a bottle of lime wedge nearly a year after its BBE date so figured I should start using it.
This is the result.
Coconut extra: 2 drops per 30 ml.
Like all this weeks mixes it will be at least 3 weeks on the shelf until it fully develops. The lime is rumoured to hold up that long.
This too at day 2 is showing signs that deliciousness is a brewing.
