I think the main flavor that Wonder Flavors was going for with Alaskan Berries (SC) (WF) was the salmonberry. Salmonberries taste like a cross between a subtle raspberry and tart rhubarb. They are generally milder, less sugary, and more acidic than common blackberries or raspberries.
