Making pancake and waffle recipes got me inspired to make a French toast recipe.

Eggnog has an eggy taste and nutmeg, which goes great with French toast batter.

Vanilla Custard is also slightly eggy and rich & dense.

I wanted to try using my Butter Cream (SSA) but I can't bring myself to using it. It STINKS and smells very strong. So I used Butter Pecan instead. The pecans will go nicely with the syrup.

Brown Sugar has become one of my favorite ingredients. It doesn’t taste like raw Brown Sugar but it gives everything a nice, dark sweetness. Maple Syrup is also great as a sweetener.
