This recipe is a testament to the fact that certain flavor profiles can not be evaluated before fully steeped. Do not let the strawberry in here to put you off. Once fully steeped it dissappears completely and can not be detected at all. The purpose of the strawberry is to round off the sharp and somewhat unpleasant note in RY4 and tie all the flavors together in to a coherent and smooth flavor profile. Close sibling of Charlie Noble's Pistacio RY4 but better. Much better.
