I've upped both peaches slightly and it's now balanced really well.
A simple but really tasty ice cream to highlight the peach combo, it tastes like tinned yellow peaches blended into ice cream.
peach and almond (1 drop) are very closely related (Benzaldehyde) if you lick a peach stone it's almond flavoured. You can just taste a hint at the tail end of the peach. (Don't eat the peach stone it's toxic).
"Crème anglaise" adds light custard notes to enrich the ice cream combo.
10 days minimum steep but benefits from 14 days.
Added 2 drops of (pur) "super sweet"..
