Putting the untried Mom & Pops to use.
A complete chocolate-coffee profile on its own , the mocha was deliberately not layered with additional chocolate or coffee flavors.
The Liqueur was kept low to preserve the liqueur's own boozy, Kahlúa-style roundness rather than letting it dissolve into "more coffee."
Cream is intended as minimal bridging role only — deliberately kept light to preserve the mocha-liqueur focus rather than reintroducing the heavier multi-cream stacking used in my other mixes.
I have been swinging from I like this to meh.
I don't think this would be a ADV for me. The chocolate does not sit right for me in coffee. In reality a cup of this might be quite pleasant, but I would not be lining up for a 2nd, 3rd or 4th cup.
