Missing something sweet almost, currently I have bitter wizard at .25 percent instead of vanilla bourbon. However after some research I am missing (Butyrolactone (0.058%), Ethyl Lactate (0.016%), Lactic Acid (0.021%) /Veratryl Aldehyde (0.042%) and Methyl Cyclopentenolone / MCP (0.008%) / Damascenone (0.016%))

4. Steep in a dark cabinet for 7 to 10 days to allow lactones and oak wood to fully integrate.
