A rich, warmly spiced bourbon-nectarine custard, thick and boozy with a bright stone-fruit lift and a nutmeg thread tying it all together.
Pushed the nectarine past the average for the extra weight to hold up against the custard and bourbon cream rather than disappear underneath them.
Nutmeg kept as a background accent.
At day 3 this mix is pretty fan dang tastic and immediately ADV status.
It can only improve over time, hopefully that nectarine proves to have some staying power. Deliciously yum!
