Cinnamon Danish Swirl as mixed by Alex Hunky V with cookie cake replaced by cookie and cake from Capella. It's good off the knuckle, should develop over time. If Alex Hunky V reads this...am I close? I could not find an exact recipe for Cookie Cake, or a flavor from Capella under that name. Thanks!
