Notes (10/2/26):
An excellent revision from the first. Good strawberry icecream / milky flavor paired up with a "shitty" Eddy's style ice cream, and then the crumbly bits from the Cheesecake Graham and Biscuit.

It does seem like the strawberry is a touch too bright and juicy. And I would like a b it more separation from the crumble, as well as texture, but overall a great start. Possibly a touch more vanilla bean note on the top.
