Going to try this today.

Tried this one, really nice! Mixed it with Max VG and 1.5% nic... I thought I'll never find where to put my Caramel (orig.) which I never liked, but in this recipe it shines and adds some 'bite' to otherwise smooth banana flavor, resulting in nice banana candy taste. Good for late evening vape at home...

One more thing, it might make you wonder if 7% overall flavor is too low... It's not, at least with my billow v2 at 35-40 watts it's pretty good

(Atmo chifles) the taste is good, it lacks a little sweet, I rate it with 4 stars
#5 by Flavorlove, Aug 11. 2016, 08:35
Trying this with added .2mls vanilla bourbon tfa.

Not enought sweet like original, but taste is perfect. May be Sweetener TPA needs to be added
#7 by Fresh , Sep 23. 2016, 02:33
what steeping process and how long ?
#8 by Bek, Sep 28. 2016, 10:37
you can taste it ASAP, but after 2 weeks steeping finishes and tatse will be better

Mixed this up and am really enjoying it after a week!

I do not like overly sweet juice this is perfect!

Thanks for sharing!

Useless Caramel (orig) is useful now! Sugar to be adjusted... Perfect!
#11 by Lakelover64, Oct 20. 2016, 23:37
Wondering how this would be with some RY4 Double? Will try it out and reply
#12 by bambuk, Nov 16. 2016, 12:35
steep at least 2 weeks to get really smooth taste
#13 by MadTownMax, Nov 25. 2016, 21:18
This is some delicious juice!

Just FYI in case you only have DX caramel - NOT a good substitute for original. IMO DX has a burnt/bitter flavor (in other substitute attempts as well). This off flavor from the DX is especially prominent for this recipe when this is such a main ingredient.

Hope that helps a few others save the time/energy/extracts by avoiding my mistake.

What will be if i use Caramel instead of Caramel(Original) is it a problem? thank you!
#15 by Shaun, Jan 19. 2017, 17:05
Who added sweetener and what %
#16 by MadTownMax, Jan 19. 2017, 17:39
@Shaun It will sweeten after a short steep; adding more now might taste like a mouthful of sugar in a week or two. If it's already steeped try .5% TFA

@MadTownMax thanks for the help

dm_zharov, Definitely dark right after mixing. I made 30ml 4 days ago and after airing today, I couldn't resist. It's amazing. It isn't quite as sweet as it could be but the flavor is spot on my friend. Thanks for a very inexpensive and awesome recipe.I might tinker with it even though it doesn't need it. Keep up the good work.

Delicious in 2 weeks
#20 by Ian, Apr 21. 2017, 22:21
I'm going to sub out the caramel for TFA caramel candy, maybe to enhance the sweetness. Worth a try.

You are on the triangles with an exclamation mark are watching or are they just drawn for fun?

A very easy and delicious vape! Love it!
#23 by muffinman, Jul 8. 2017, 03:58
Just made this. No steep time. Tastey. The caramel overpowers the banana a bit - might want to take this down to 1%. I imagine this might also go well with a small amount of TFA Peanut Butter.
#24 by BichoTheChef, Aug 4. 2017, 17:00
this is a very nice and easy banana caramel base i like it a lot gonna mix it with some Frosted flakes and other stuff . maybe a creamy zeppola ? :) thank you very much
#25 by Mas Egypt , Sep 10. 2017, 18:32
I made it but added 1% sweetner TPA and after 1 week banana cream is dominant but caramel is there. It's not very creamy but it's nice and I'm amazed with little flavors you can do something like this. I think it's sweetness level is good.
#26 by oksfinest, Sep 13. 2017, 08:50
adapted this to a 12mg version. after 2 week steep, after drip first hit is super harsh. But after clearing loose juice and you start hitting off the wick, its pretty good. Caramel is very faint, if really present at all. Banana mellows out fairly after 2-3 weeks. Make, maybe give a week, then vape entirely.

accidentally ordered 2 bottles of 30ml caramel original a while back. This recipe really helped me to go through those bottles. I mean still a fair bit to left of CO but this mix is in my routine :D
#28 by sahinkenar, Jan 19. 2018, 00:24
Just made a 100ml batch. As a new vapor, im trying to catch some good tastes with optimal amount of flavor(i mean not 25% like most others). This looks like just fine, can't wait...
#29 by NorthSendsHisClouds, Feb 2. 2018, 14:16
sweet banana from solubarome is okay?
#30 by sahinkenar, Feb 7. 2018, 12:41
It's almost been 20 days and I tried it yesterday. I substituted Caramel with DX Caramel because i diddn't have the one on the recipe. But unfortunately I didn't like the outcome at all. Think it should be DX Caramel to blame. Would you advise adding some Sweet Cream by %2 or anything else to make it good?
#31 by sahinkenar, Feb 7. 2018, 12:48
I have Catalan Cream(FA), Bavarian Cream(TPA), Sweet Cream(TPA) and RY4 Double(TPA) and I feel like adding a little from one or two of those flavors might work with that and do it vapable. Any suggestions?
#32 by Noobmixer, Aug 9. 2018, 17:22
Great recipe thanks for sharing! I made this 3070 with 3 mg nic. Vaping on dual fused Clapton's. .18 coils in a drop RDA. Flavor kind of mild will up the percentages a little and maybe add some sweetener.tastu stuff, great simple recipe
#33 by ausmix, Dec 21. 2018, 07:26
Steeped this for a couple of weeks and it wasn't quite there on 90W Dual fused claptons. Bumped it up to 100W and the difference is amazing! Thanks for this recipe.
#34 by Carlos, Jul 26. 2019, 04:03
How would you describe the taste?
#35 by AMDark, Dec 6. 2019, 22:50
Receita razoável. Bom sabor. Simples e fácil de fazer.
#36 by MysteryGame, Jun 14. 2021, 17:24
very tasty, even with caramel v2. Taste like maple syrup to me.
#37 by Weiktse, May 2. 2023, 18:04
