This is my best Custard to date and tastes very much like Ambrosia Devon custard imo and very creamy as well.. Lovely stuff

24-48hrs breathe and 8+ weeks for best results


Update* I originally used Ethyl Vanillin, but can't for the life of me remember where I purchsed it! So have subbed it with TPA Vanillin 10%, which isn't quite as strong, but after a few weeks steep, it tastes just as good as the original.
