This looks nice. I have cap v1, having never tried v2 is there a difference in percentages ?

I made an all FA version of this with 3% FA Vanilla Custard instead of the CAP, no sucralose, added 1% FA Marshmallow, 0.5% FA Meringue and it's really delicious, a great showcase for FA Nonna's Cake. May need a little more FA Vanilla Custard but it's only had a week of steep.
I going to swap FW Yellow Cake for Nonnas from now on as I don't want the sugar that FW add.
Excellent sweet sponge case base that a fruit/jam layer could be added to.

I haven't tried this yet - I was just having a look around the Web to see what people are saying about Nonna's Cake - in to my order cart it goes! Can't wait to try this out...sounds like just the kind of vape I love, so I've added your recipe to my Favorites so I can find it when the time comes. :) Thanks for sharing!

This is a great vape. I like it better than Funfetti. Thanx for a new ADV. made a 15 ml to test. Vaped it after 3 days. Just made 60 ml. Hoping I can let 30ml steep while I vape on the other now.

Just got round to making this. It's good. The Catalan and the nonna cake mix real nicely. I'm getting a nice sweet custard with a very slight anise exhale?. I think that must come from the Catalan. Going to mix up some more. Thanks for sharing.

Still really enjoying this one. Some nice twists you can do from this cake base:
+0.75% FA Almond for Sweet Almond Cake
Fruits. I'm liking raspberry but any other fruit would work:

is the sucralose you're using tfa sweetener or cap super sweet? is it a 10% dilution?

This recipe is way more of an Italian type cake which typically has anise and lemon in it. Gotta like those particular taste preferences.
