huummm looks good ...gonna try it, but don't have lemon ina....
as I've read it's a "candy" lemon, don't know if lemon sisyle cap ,or juicy lemon could remplace the ina lemon....or maybe adding 0.5% em...
what do you think Kopel ?

search a sub for lemon ina for this recipie and your "lemon bars" too
if you have an idea Kopel (and a little time to aswer su much questions of course ..)

I don't see any good reason to add EM to this. You could easily leave the lemon out, replace it with a lime, or probably any other lemon besides TFA Lemon.
