Originally mixed up on March 19th

*removed NY cheesecake, just to lighten it up a little, don't feel it's necessary for this mix. Added Joy for that doughy-candy backing.

My attempt at re-creating the sugary goodness of the hot chocolate doughnuts with a dollop of vanilla ice cream I would get in a tacky gift shop in Tramore [Tram-ore] . A carnival sea-side town on the south coast of Waterford, Ireland. Derived from the Gaelic Trá [beach] Mór [big/large] - for those who don't know, the Irish language is often backwards :) [pronounced; 'Traw-moor'] We would go there on Holiday every summer when I was a kid. Those doughnuts were a bit of a treat, and after a few hours swimming in the sea, they tasted like pure heaven.

What to expect? A warm doughnut with hot chocolate sauce drizzled over, and a dollop of creamy vanilla ice-cream.

you could swap the VC out for Bavarian cream if you wanted. The Marshmallow is acting as sweetener, you can use whatever sweetener you prefer, I just prefer something that actually resembles sugar. The Double choc is just to give the Choc glazed doughnut a little booster, also as it's a darker choc, it gives a nice chocolate sauce edge. The sugar cookie is there just to add depth to the 'cake-i-ness' of the doughnut, plus some extra sweetness you can NOT have enough sweetness when it comes to ice cream and doughnuts IMO
