Some state they can taste a touch of chocolate in this recipe. I as well as my partners do not taste any. So I wouldn't add any in but if you think there is some chocolate then I added an optional ingredient that will give you that slight chocolate taste. This is not part of my recipe though, so mix at your own discretion.

"A SUGARY AND SWEET NEAPOLITAN ICE CREAM (KINDA)."

Did you change strawberry tpa to strawberry ripe? Could have swore I seen you posted strawberry tpa instead
#2 by skengman, Mar 22. 2016, 03:18
Yeah it states normal strawberry, not Ripe on the DIYordie site. Wish I had read that before mixing.
#3 by saryou, Mar 22. 2016, 04:29
ripe or regular TPA strawberry? diyordie has regular strawberry
#4 by Rixta86, Mar 22. 2016, 09:29
TFA Strawberry: Yes the original strawberry flavor and not ripe. This gives the strawberry flavor some more body that's lacking in Sweet Strawberry and allows the flavor to stay throughout the vape much longer. I believe the original recipe is only Sweet Strawberry, maybe at 7%, but adding TFA's strawberry just gives the strawberry flavor much more depth. That depth is what makes this flavor so palatable.
#5 by ENYAWREKLAW, Mar 22. 2016, 15:48
ah shit
#6 by ENYAWREKLAW, Mar 22. 2016, 15:49
Sorry @chris @skengman and @saryou, it was supposed to be original. Just fixed it. @Rixta1986 Thanks for the help!
#7 by VapinNoon, Mar 22. 2016, 18:39
With what can i swap out the fresh cream ? I do not have that in stock atm
#8 by Rixta86, Mar 22. 2016, 18:46
Not a Problem Brother. Let's all mix on!!! Goodtimes,Vape on!
#9 by Thumper5102, Mar 23. 2016, 02:40
Absolute deliciousness! 2% Sweetener is plenty sweet for this recipe. Made 120mL, used CAP Sweet cream instead (Didn't have TFA) Thanks for the great recipe Wayne, I love your recipes and love my subscription to DIYorDIE INTHEMIX magazine. Keep the awesome recipes coming!
#10 by Terraburn, Mar 23. 2016, 20:27
Will swapping EM in for Sucralose work? Don't have any sucralose at the moment.
#11 by skeppy, Mar 24. 2016, 18:24
Same question about subbing EM instead of sucralose, as I have non of it either! I don't have FA fresh cream aswel but have TFA whipped cream, TFA french vanilla creme, Tfa vanilla swirl...? I do have FW dairy milk/milk which has a creamy dairy note to it and sure i read it could be subbed for fresh cream?
Cheers wayne!
#12 by Shemstar , Mar 26. 2016, 21:00
Will tfs double chocolate dark work instead of clear that's all I have would like to make with chocolate option
#13 by Crazii-P, Mar 29. 2016, 22:17
I made this on the 23rd, Time to give it a try when I get home!
#14 by ENYAWREKLAW, Apr 3. 2016, 18:51
@Terraburn and @Skeppy. No Sucralose and EM do two completely different things. Sucralose actually sweetens the entire mix, where as EM only inherently sweetens certain flavors (mostly non-citrus). Check out my video on FLAVOR ENHANCERS if you want a more indepth look. @Rob78 no TFA Double Dark will not work, unfortunately. @Thumper5102 and others, Thank you all so much for the love and support! It's very much appreciated
#15 by ENYAWREKLAW, Apr 3. 2016, 18:52
@Skeppy, also TFA Whipped should do. Use at 1%
#16 by zlygri, Apr 5. 2016, 20:46
I'm one of them people who can't taste TFA strawberry, it's only pepper to me, what would be the best substitute for it in this one?
#17 by Solace71, Apr 6. 2016, 23:01
Would FA marshmallow dramatically change this recipe?
#18 by Ray, Apr 7. 2016, 23:10
Thanks for the recipe. Never had the dude, but this is some tasty juice!
#19 by Kigger, Apr 11. 2016, 07:29
Can i leave theSucralose and add more marshmellow? And use strawberry ripe at 7%
#20 by Stra8forwardVapes, Apr 16. 2016, 02:31
What can I use in place of the marshmallow I just ran out but if you have a suggestion on something I could use in its place that will keep the flavor pretty much the same it would be awesome and thanks for this recipe
#21 by Jake1191, Apr 17. 2016, 20:49
I mixed some of this up about a month ago. Only did 30ml to try it. Mixed up a liter of it today its that damn good!
#22 by Scooter Juice, Apr 18. 2016, 17:43
Is the 75/25 critical to the outcome of the flavor, that's a little thick for my tanks.
#23 by yence, Apr 19. 2016, 21:08
I'm new to diy and want to make this but can anyone help me out with the sweetener that is used is it just the sweetener from TFA? cause qit didn't say sucralose when I went to the site
#24 by Terraburn, Apr 19. 2016, 21:40
Yes that should be the same thing. You can use any brand of sucralose, though I don't recommend using it at all.
#25 by yence, Apr 19. 2016, 21:42
@terraburn thanks for the reply and yeah I know suc is not good but I do want to copy this recipe and see how I like it then maybe make changes fro my personal preference
#26 by Rod1989, Apr 20. 2016, 05:06
Reminds me the sweet 'campino's'. That's what we call them in the United Kingdom anyway! Great recipe though!
#27 by sillyrabbit, Apr 22. 2016, 06:57
Yes I just mixed this up. And I must say it I a great Vape. But then again I love strawberry vapes.
#28 by yence, Apr 27. 2016, 19:30
Has anyone mixed this with a different vg/pg ratio or does it have to be at the 75/25. I use pg NIC and Max is 72/28 I can get
#29 by Psycaptain, May 4. 2016, 03:55
Mixed 3 of ENYAWREKLAW's recipes. All follow the exact amount. I don't know why all taste so light, not full body, even the Misty or Rhodonite. WHat can I improve from here guys? Try the % or steeping, or anybody give me some info of what's going on ??
#30 by KennethLNOR, May 5. 2016, 11:24
Psycaptainon
MISTY is strong, IMO. So strong that all other juices don't taste nothing at all. Rhodonite is weak, but I think it's all about the layers in Walkers recipes. I don't have a fine tuned palett and weak flavors are boring. I bought Rhodonite concentrate and added some more in the mix to get a little more flavor. My Dude have a lot of flavor, IMO. But after vaping on MISTY I can't taste much. I steep for minimum a week, My Dude I steeped for 2 weeks. Some mixes I steep for 3-6 weeks, very few mixes I steep for longer than 2 months.
#31 by Psycaptain, May 5. 2016, 11:27
Thanks a lot KennethLNOR. That's really helpful.
#32 by artutot, May 9. 2016, 02:07
Its good but no chocolate
#33 by kropotiili, May 10. 2016, 21:47
Great! Best after 10 days steeping, preferred after 2 week steeping. Before that little harsh and not flavorful on my taste, but after that excellent. Tasty and sweet flavor. Works with tanks and drippers.
#34 by Vapeshopboys, May 16. 2016, 14:24
Has anyone here tried mixing with higher PG where all other percentages the same? I mixed a 70VG/30PG, I experienced it less thicker in the mouth, slightly more flavor, more throat hit. I like sweet vape so I tried another mix 70/30 with 4% sucralose, It ended up ruining the flavor and not even sweeter.

I wonder if 60/40 would ruin it?
#35 by Ljab, May 17. 2016, 05:06
Thanks for sharing, this tastes great.
#36 by STONE HAMMER, May 21. 2016, 07:56
Never had my man but this is a really good mix. Made this to the exact recipe and there's to much sucrolose imo. This is just a perfect strawberry cream with 1 drop sweetener per 10ml. Well done dude.
#37 by jamie, May 22. 2016, 07:28
I am really enjoying this recipe. Playing around with it, I added .5% (FA) Cocoa and .5% (FA) Chocolate and I find it to be a very good Neopolitan Ice Cream.
#38 by VaporVixen, May 27. 2016, 04:38
Im excited to try this recipe out, I mixed it up yesterday. Im going to "try" to let it steep out naturally for a week or two. lol but as fellow vapers, we all know how that works out....
#39 by KpiQa, Jun 1. 2016, 21:32
Excelente receta!.
#40 by JohnnyBigodes, Jun 2. 2016, 10:09
@ENYAWREKLAW
Hey Wayne you said your first bottle didnt taste if there was chocolate. You tried an other bottle and you tasted it that time. Will you change your receipt? That would be awesome... Thanks in advance
#41 by funlounge, Jun 7. 2016, 10:43
This is probably the best creamy/strawberry juice out there ! better than unicorn milk - Wayne you're amazing ! I'm starting to get good at mixing thanks to your recipes and videos!
#42 by Facer, Jun 11. 2016, 14:43
I have been spying your reciepes for a while, but never got around to trying them out. Just mixed this.... the hype is real! Thanks for sharing your hard work!
#43 by GrazieMille, Jun 16. 2016, 01:27
I'm so trying this one!
following your tips and lessons and learning a lot about layers!
Thanks for sharing knowledge, much much appreciated!

#44 by TBEV , Jul 12. 2016, 04:23
This is going to be one of my first mixes, Thanks for the recipe, Much Appreciated!
#45 by jedapearl, Jul 22. 2016, 02:23
This is AMAZING. I made a 500ml bottle. The only other flavor I make or have ever made by the 500ml is Funfetti so it's pretty vape monumental for me. I added the Double Chocolate Clear. Thank you!
#46 by dsp, Jul 29. 2016, 10:26
NEED HELP PLEASE
Made this yesterday and trying it now
But this is way too sweet for me
Made a 100ml bottle but please help me get the sweetness of
#47 by LukeJ92, Aug 5. 2016, 20:01
Dude I just made 100ml with chocolate and 100ml without chocolate I cannot wait to come back to it in a week and try it! I will update with my findings :D
#48 by CloudGirl, Aug 23. 2016, 11:29
Mixed this up 120ml with the Double Chocolate Clear and left out the sweetener - 1 week steep and it's delicious! Thanks Wayne!!
#49 by Grubby, Sep 5. 2016, 14:41
Made on 5/9/2016
First Impressions before steeping:
Creamy strawberry ice cream, very nice, i can tell this is going to be really good after a week or two steeping.
Note: I used Marshmallow @ 3% instead of sweetener (Not a fan of sweetners)
#50 by E404, Sep 15. 2016, 22:53
Im mixing this tomorrow and I know its gonna be GREAT SHIT YOU ROCK WAYNE
#51 by shawnweg, Oct 27. 2016, 21:10
After one week steep mine is still clear and with a heavy strawberry taste (withput chocolate). The orginal My man is dark and definitly less strawberry.. More Steep time requierd? Usually Custards become brownish?! but this is missing in this recipe..
#52 by Vectïon, Oct 28. 2016, 16:45
Just mixed up a 30ml. Brought the sucralose down to 1%. Will report back.
#53 by alex, Nov 6. 2016, 07:52
I used Capella's Boston cream pie since it has a lighter chocolate taste.i only have Capella flavors and CAp double chocolate smells like powdered nesquik and tastes kinda gross.
#54 by alex, Nov 6. 2016, 08:10
Also subbed cap butter cream for cream fresh. Butter cream smelled better than cap vanilla whipped cream
#55 by Malcolm X, Nov 14. 2016, 02:17
@LukeJ92 Bro, you didn't let us know the outcome!!! Which one do you prefer, with or without chocolate?
#56 by alex, Nov 14. 2016, 06:48
came out pretty good with boston cream pie. gave it a hint of chocolate. The problem im having with capella is that the flavors seem to die down after a week thats why i need to crank all the flavors up to 70/30
#57 by Michdoom, Nov 18. 2016, 21:31
After 3 days its pretty good with chocolate, i will report after week or 2.
ps. i bought original MY Man and i don't understand that hype about this juice its just ok, i will not give 5 star :)
#58 by Vectïon, Nov 21. 2016, 02:00
Great recipe! I mixed it as is and it's definitely one of the best ice cream vapes I've had yet. I think the chocolate note that some might sense might be subconscious because this tastes just like a Neapolitan. 👍🏻👍🏻
#59 by alex, Nov 21. 2016, 08:41
Please check out my recipe of bird brain v3 by alex and let me know what yall think. im a big fan of Capella and bird brain. i bought a bottle and cloned it with my capella line. It took me 3 tries and i can honestly say it smells just like it and the color looks spot on. im sorry to blast on a different recipe here but i just wanted some real DIYers to check it out. apparently everyones been going about cloning it all wrong and its so simple.
again sorry about this enyawreklaw but as a fellow diy er once you make the recipe as they say, youll thank me later
#60 by nmmblez, Nov 30. 2016, 20:36
So after making 20ml, I made a larger batch (100ml) and it took forever for the alcohol to dissipate, it's about 3 weeks old now, a week ago I went through half of it and there is definitely something irritating in there. For a while I thought I might have throat cancer or something until I vaped something else for a few days.

Any idea which flavoring would cause that ? I don't have that many bottles to try them all :/
#61 by DJ Calphonic, Dec 8. 2016, 22:38
The only flavor I don't have is Sweet Cream (TPA). Hoping someone can tell me if using Bavarian Cream-TFA in place of it, would likely be ok or not? Thanks! Looking forward to this!
#62 by Ovidius, Dec 24. 2016, 11:59
I mixed it and steeped it for 6 weeks. This is a difficult one, it doesn't taste bad but there's indeed an aftertaste that sometimes tastes like chocolate. Strange but not an ADV for me, definitely needs some tweaking. Wayne this one you need to revised some day
#63 by MelTheMonkey, Jan 14. 2017, 15:55
So...I didn't have Cap sweet strawberry. Knowing Cap's flavors to not be that potent, I subed in TPA strawberry ripe at the same ratio anyways and of course it's way too much strawberry now. I'll try again at half while I wait for my next flavoring order to come in. Maybe a dash of Lotus straw to balance the ripe.
#64 by northern_vaper, Feb 4. 2017, 08:14
Simply amazing. SO SO GOOD. Everyone do yourselves a favor and make the recipe exactly how it's written. No subs. I've tried several variations using different flavours when I was out certain ones, for example like subbing TFA Strawberry for TFA Strawberry Ripe. While it still may turn out really tastey, IMO you won't even get close to the magic of the original recipe if you sub anything.
#65 by Crochetandcookies, Feb 8. 2017, 06:07
I absolutely love this. Followed the recipe exactly and oh my gosh! Thanks so much.
#66 by marsellegali, Mar 1. 2017, 09:53
this is my favourite recipe after insisting 8 days. I will buy flavors to do 1 litres of batch.Once again congratulations on your engagement, Wayne. Greetings from Russia!
#67 by CCMPARAS, Mar 8. 2017, 17:25
I mixed this 2 weeks ago and its really good. However, i purchased my man today and tasted them side by side it seems like the original my man had more tpa vanilla swirl and a hint of double chocolate clear. I can definitely smell the chocolate but when vaping its very subtle.
#68 by Crochetandcookies, Mar 22. 2017, 18:13
Love this mix, thank you for sharing. I've been at diy for a little over a year and still need a recipe to go by. Love how all these flavors blend together. I mixed this with the chocolate option and wow. :) Trying the original without the chocolate next.
#69 by hamist, Apr 4. 2017, 07:57
Subbed cap marshmallow and cap vbic, tried after 1 day steeping, excellent. One of the best Creamy strawberry I've found and I'm sure it's down to the Tfa strawberry. Lovely exhale. Thanks Wayne
#70 by Mohe, Apr 12. 2017, 12:48
I'm one of those fellows who only try 4.5 - 5 stars blends, must say this is one of the best strawberry blends i ever tasted!
Brilliant blend, genius maker ..👍
Respect
#71 by Dag613, Apr 13. 2017, 07:50
I've tried this the OG way and its excellent, just busted out a version with JF Sweet Strawberry (used at same % as cap) and wow this is just lovely
#72 by cincinnatiking, Apr 26. 2017, 23:51
I've been mixing this for a couple months. I love the combo of the strawberries, and plan on using it in future recipes. Thanks Wayne! I love strawberries and cream.
#73 by Nick36, May 9. 2017, 08:23
Love this recipe. I find myself mixing this up at least once a week. I have a friend who wanted a raspberry ice cream, and i instantly thought of this awesome recipe. I tweaked it a bit, and found it really good not perfectly where i want it yet, but its good, so thank you for the base of this tweak i made. P.S: if you'd like to try it out let me know, and ill happily share the recipe with you since it is your recipe for the most part just some of my own tweaks. thanks again for all your amazing work with diy.
#74 by joevapes, May 18. 2017, 21:39
im going to be trying to replace sweet strawbery with strawberry (ripe), as i dont have any sweet.anybody try this with good results?
#75 by Lostmarbles, May 31. 2017, 05:39
Has been my ADV for months! This stuff is so SO damn good!
#76 by Kk_hz, Jun 8. 2017, 08:10
Another strawberry and cream recipe and it's a good one!
Perfectly balanced strawberry and cream. Nothing is overpowering, and has perfect amount of sweetnes to my taste.
Surely an ADV for most.
#77 by joevapes, Jun 9. 2017, 04:53
I'd like to report back that it came our well (for me). Next up is replacing it with the new rfsc strawberry at 1.5%
#78 by DanHank, Aug 1. 2017, 05:52
Was okay, could be better. Was a miss. Nice try though
#79 by TheStankTank, Aug 13. 2017, 21:27
I was out of CAP Sweet Strawberry so had to replace with TFA Strawberry (even though there is plenty already in there). It was still tasty. I'm sure even better with the original blend of Strawberries.
#80 by Rice, Dec 8. 2017, 14:16
Wanted to try this one out. I only have the RF version of Sweet Strawberry. Can i use it at the same percentage?
#81 by flavwestkilla, Dec 18. 2017, 05:27
really good recipe! main reason why diyordie is one of the most recognized in the diy community! keep up the good work bro!
#82 by Flavordog, Jan 30. 2018, 15:14
Good recipe indeed and it is something I will make again
#83 by jamie31, Feb 7. 2018, 04:30
I have made 27 different recipes from this website and this one is by far the best.
#84 by Ned the Crow, Feb 17. 2018, 00:57
I can't believe how nasty this recipe is after three days this should be recipe of the year.
#85 by xx2000xx, Feb 25. 2018, 18:09
I think you're confused Ned. For some reason in the past 5 years I've been vaping I can't do sweets/creams because it almost makes me feel sick but I'll give this a shot. I wonder if maybe .5 of INW Shisha Strawberry would kick the whole thing up a notch.

That said, check out Wayne's youtube vids and read reddit's DIY sub if you really want to learn how to DIY. Half of all the comments on this site is about subbing flavors, which we all have to do sometimes, but people are just throwing in random subs probably within the same % bracket too. You'll never learn or grow by reading comments and throwing darts in your amber glass bottle.
#86 by TRDpitchy, Mar 1. 2018, 14:20
Just love this recipe (I get the chocolate note without adding the extra chocolate)
#87 by Diynico, Jun 26. 2018, 02:46
I really taste the chocolate in this recipe i love it ! Thanks wayne
#88 by JAPE, Sep 5. 2018, 09:10
Very good. but personally i think it tastes more like The One Hit Wonder Milk Man/The Man than My Man. Either way, here's another all day vape for me. Loving almost all of your recipes Wayne. super awesome.
#89 by Clouds of Ice and Fire, Mar 10. 2019, 15:40
One of the best strawberry and cream recipes I've mixed, thank you!
#90 by federete, May 6. 2019, 23:34
Love it! I started vaping commercial strawberry milkshake long ago, and was in love with it. However, I stopped buying from that branch (a couple of bad batches) and I never managed to do something (DIY) with strawberrys that I liked or tasted to strawberrys to my palate. Then, I moved to other flavours and save a collection of strawberry flavours in a separate box. After watching some of your videos I decided to give it another try. This is very nice, thank you! I was a bit afraid of so much sweetener but I think is perfect, and the two strawberries combine very well. If it were a bit more milkshaky that'd be great (thinking in that milkshake I used to have, mmm). I may try replacing the ice cream with dairy milk + more sweet cream to try get it milkshakish. Any suggestions here would be very welcome, but don't worry if you are too busy :-)
#91 by billzed, Aug 14. 2019, 00:01
Love it! One of my all day vapes and one of the best for summer! Thank you very much Wayne!
#92 by Idfaild, Jan 20. 2020, 21:05
So good ,tasty exellent ADV
#93 by Alsonaidi , Oct 23. 2021, 13:42
Love it 5 star 🌟
#94 by jimr, Dec 24. 2021, 15:51
One of my main goto juices since diying. Thank you Wayne
#95 by BallSackBishop, Jun 27. 2023, 00:41
Subbed the TPA Strawberry for INW Shisha Strawberry and has worked out very nice and I haven't been a fan of the other Strawberry combos I've tried. Tastes like vanilla ice cream with Strawberry syrup not necessarily Strawberry ice cream but still real tasty! Thanks for sharing!
