Get ready for a cheesecake quake ! Creamfest with cheesecake VBG and vanilla swirl with some lovely SB n cream & Nonna in the back ground mmhh I had to sit on my hands for this one to steep VBG is just divine after about 3 weeks and of course cheesecake is always good with SB n cream !

My mixes are always Max vg

I have never tried that Gelato, how does that do? Can you describe it in any way?

Looks great i usually use vbg in place of vbic most of the time anyway. Im making this right now

VBG is VBIC with the custard notes removed. It's cream and sweet with a light milkiness. It does great with fruit and does even better at 3-4 week steep.

sounds great i have everything except nonna cake can i sub it for anything else like cookie or biscuit maybe a vanilla cupcake or something ?????

up to you it'll most likely change the taste but it could be minimal Nonna really is weak in this mix. Good luck if you do decide. Let
