Flavor inspired by a banana twinkie. This is one of my favorites.

Banana Cream is the start of this recipe. Nonna cake for the twinkie sponge and filling, marshmallow to bring the filling where it needs to be, and sweetner, cause twinkies are sweet!

Mixed by weight and stirred with a frother, then warmed on a mug warmer and stirred again. .
